CANCELLATION POLICY
✨Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy✨ I fully understand that life happens. Things come up, schedules change, and emergencies are unavoidable. However, missed or last-minute cancellations leave me unable to offer that reserved time to another guest on my waitlist, and they directly impact my schedule and income. To honor all guests’ time, the following policy applies to every appointment: • 24+ Hours Notice Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice incur no fee, and any deposit will transfer to your next appointment. • Less Than 24 Hours Notice Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 50% of the reserved service. • No-Show / No Communication If you do not arrive and do not contact me, the appointment is considered a no-show and 100% of the service total will be charged. A simple text is always appreciated if something changes. Even last-minute communication is helpful. • Late Arrivals If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, I may not be able to complete your full service or may need to reschedule. In that case, late arrivals are treated the same as a late cancellation, and fees or forfeited deposits may apply. I do my absolute best to accommodate when possible, but I must also respect the time of clients scheduled after you. ⸻ Thank you for respecting this policy.
